GrowthSpotter : Toll Brothers New Homes are Surging Around Wyld Oaks

The Wyld Oaks area of Apopka, one of Orlando’s fastest-growing submarkets, is continuing to surge with new residential communities being developed by the nation’s largest homebuilders according to GrowthSpotter.

Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers recently opened The Oaks at Kelly Park on 40 acres near SR 429 featuring bungalow-style homes starting in the $400,000s. Pulte, the nation’s third-largest homebuilder, has also attracted new homebuyers to its Winding Meadows single-family home community featuring bungalow, classic, and estate homes. Laurel Oaks, a new KB Homes community, is coming soon and Landsea Homes, as well as Summergate Development, are also contributing to the residential construction boom in the surrounding area.
