In the News: AdventHealth to Anchor the Health Village at Wyld Oaks

APOPKA, FL – AdventHealth is stepping into a new role as co-creator at Wyld Oaks, a 215-acre master-planned community currently taking shape in Apopka.

As part of the project, AdventHealth will anchor a dedicated health village and medical campus, expanding access to convenient, accessible medical services for residents across west Orange County. Plans include a freestanding emergency room and approximately 20,000 square feet of Class A medical office space.

In her remarks, Kari Vargas, CEO of AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division – North Market, shared, “We look forward to bringing world-class, whole-person care to the Wyld Oaks community.”

The broader Wyld Oaks vision includes 6,000 residential units, 280,000 square feet of retail, two hotels, and 1.5 million square feet of industrial space, positioning the community as a significant economic driver for the region.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Brian Hartz of Florida Trend for highlighting this significant milestone for Wyld Oaks and for the opportunity to showcase how we are integrating healthcare into everyday living within our vibrant community.
