Metro Orlando Development Planned to Include Hotels, Entertainment Venue, Multifamily Homes, and Public Parks

GrowthSpotter reported that the 230-acre stretch of land to be developed as Wyld Oaks will feature two hotels, 3,000 multifamily units, 1.1 million square feet of office, commercial, and retail space, and up to 1.8 million square feet of industrial space near Kelly Park Road and State Road 429.

Joe Beninati, the development coordinator for Evans Properties, told GrowthSpotter that Wyld Oaks will bring in approximately 5,000 new residents, which will be a significant source of economic growth for the burgeoning area. In addition to multifamily homes and commercial retail space, two hotels, a live entertainment venue, several public parks, including “America’s Greatest Dog Park,” and an extensive trail network will be planned. GrowthSpotter reported that nearly $100 million has been invested in the project so far and expects the total investment to reach approximately $1 billion over the next twenty years.
