One of two top land sales of the year took place in Apopka along the south side of Kelly Park Road

Wyld Oaks was highlighted as #4 among the top 10 biggest Central Florida land deals of 2023 in the January 2, 2024, edition of GrowthSpotter, the real-estate-focused arm of the Orlando Sentinel. The massive mixed-use project located along the south side of Kelly Park Road, comprising 88 acres of property which sold for $48.5 million, was distinguished among record-breaking land purchases made in Central Florida last year.

The project was noted as being slated to include approximately 3,000 multifamily units and 1.1 million square feet of non-residential uses, including restaurants, retail, and offices, and is anticipated to bring 3,000 jobs to the Apopka area.
