In addition to the visionary development plan for Wyld Oaks that prioritizes walkability and green spaces, the region’s enviable array of business and lifestyle advantages positions this mixed-use destination as a prime opportunity for co-creators and entrepreneurs. In other words, Wyld Oaks is where the future grows.
Major Updates This Summer
We have major news to share about development progress, new co-creators, and infrastructure improvements that have been announced this summer.
Foundation Milestone
Following the groundbreaking ceremony and the finalization of tree preservation surveys in January 2024, horizontal infrastructure work began. The site grading, roadway paving (including the Sadler Road extension), curbs, and underground utilities were recently completed—ahead of schedule. Wyld Oaks is now focused on its next major milestone: welcoming its first slate of residential and commercial co-creators with shovel-ready sites to lay the roots of their enterprises in northwest Orange County.
Community Conveniences
Final plans are in the works for our newest co-creator at Wyld Oaks. More than a travel center, Wyld Provisions will serve neighbors and commuters with easy access to fuel, food and beverage selections, and other everyday conveniences.
Next-Gen Network
SBA Communications has been selected to provide state-of-the-art fiber connectivity infrastructure throughout Wyld Oaks. The comprehensive WyldTech network solution will deliver ultra-fast speeds up to 5 Gbps (upgradeable to 10 Gbps) to serve future businesses, residents, and visitors with seamless Wi-Fi to work, live, shop, connect, and thrive. This future-ready infrastructure is designed to accommodate evolving technologies, such as autonomous vehicles, drone deliveries, and other smart city applications.
Expanding Regional Connections
West Kelly Park Road, which forms the northern border of Wyld Oaks, provides direct access to both directions of the 429 Expressway. To support current regional and local growth, Wyld Oaks is leading the West Kelly Park Road expansion project. These additional traffic lanes will benefit daily commuters and neighboring communities in northwest Orlando.
